Below you will find all necessary information regarding the order process. The procedure varies depending on the type of product purchased.
1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
For products with existing stock (e.g., accounts, keys, or lists), delivery is fully automated.
Step 1: Product Selection Select the desired product and proceed to checkout.
Step 2: Enter Email Address Please provide a valid email address during the checkout process. This is crucial as the access credentials will be sent to this address.
Step 3: Payment & Receipt Upon successful transaction, you will immediately receive an email from Sell.app. This email contains:
The purchased login credentials / license keys.
The invoice for your order.
Note: If you do not receive an email immediately, please check your spam folder.
2. Personal Upgrades (Service via Discord)
For services requiring manual processing on your personal account (e.g., upgrades), fulfillment is handled via our support server.
Step 1: Complete Purchase Purchase the desired upgrade through the shop. Please make a note of your Transaction ID, which you will receive via email.
Step 2: Open a Ticket Join our Discord server and open a Support Ticket in the designated channel.
Step 3: Provide Information Please send the following information into the ticket so we can verify and process your order:
A screenshot of the purchase confirmation or the Transaction ID.
The email address of the account to be upgraded.
The corresponding password (temporary).
Step 4: Processing Our team will verify the proof of purchase and perform the upgrade. You will be notified in the ticket as soon as the process is complete.
